A recorder app for retail staff to swiftly gather feedback from customers

INTRODUCTION

A multi-brand apparel company wants its staff members to gather customer feedback on the products customers try on in their stores. This feedback will be forwarded to the respective brands. The store environments are fast-paced, and staff members will need to quickly collect feedback from customers, one at a time.

The conventional method of handing out feedback forms has become tedious. Gathering feedback as voice recordings would be easier for both the staff and customers.

Our goal was to build an app to record vocal feedback from customers rapidly.

STAFF MEMBER"S WORKFLOW

After a customer tries on a product, the assisting staff member selects the product in the app by either scanning its barcode or manually searching the store"s product database. The customer is then asked to share their thoughts about the product, which are recorded in the app as an audio clip of up to 100 seconds.
